Nigeria targets 60 million voters..

The BBC headline on the story about the commencement of Nigeria's voters exercise read " Nigeria Targets 60 million voters". Am I been paranoid or does this headline sounds fishy? The English, been has careful as they always appear to be would not put up an headline that reads, England targets 60 million voters. There is a negative ring to that statement. Almost feels like there is this big bad burly guy called Nigeria armed with a rifle, taking aim at 60 million Nigerians. At the risk of sounding like the lawyer in "The Cookout" (acute case of racial paranoia), the BBC could have aided home country with a better sounding headline jare.

The story mentions, electronic voting machines as the solution to election rigging, hmmm my bet is that after the 2007 elections there will be a new set of problems associated with electronic voting machines in general. I am optimistic about next years elections, its gonna be the dawn of a new era for motherland.
