The Ubuntu Ideology: Breakdown

The article on BBC, is written in plain English, (no NGO jargon). The last paragraph about foreign aid caught my attention, as I am always pessimistic about Aid, and developmental workers, whew.. Its hard to believe my early career goals was to work with NGO's. It appears the NGO's have a new concept and ideology to 'run' with, for a few years, that is until the idea gets worn out and a new one pops up.
