Blast from my past..

Last year, Forbes had this time capsule app, where users were asked to send emails to themselves, at some point in the future. I thought it was a creative idea so I promptly wrote an email to myself and set the date for the retrieval for 12 months. Though app was vid, and pix friendly, I wrote me a simple text message. Not a big deal right.
It was a big deal because, my little write up was written to capture that exact moment in time, and believe brothers and sisters, those were really dark days in duduland. I mean really really dark overcast days, so dark I can not go into such details. Anyway at the end of the email I wrote this comment. " I never realized how privilege I have been all my life, this is the hardest 3 months I have ever lived on this planet. I will make it out of this, I do not know how, but I know that there is a God out there and I will make it out of all these".
As I read this, my eyes were a little hm mm, lets just say I was staring too hard at the screen so my eyes were watery, hehehe. As an African man one is not supposed to be emotional right.
After all said and done sha, here I am writing about that period, God is marvellous.
