NEPA Spirit Manifests in Hauppauge NY..
Kindly join me in casting out and binding, any spirit of NEPA, that is afflicting Hauppauge NY. Simply put, "them don seize light, for my workplace". Its funny though all the computers still work and some other offices still have power. Some traffic lights are out, and we all know how white-man can be alarmed about things like this. I have not seen any middle aged woman throw a tantrum yet, because she realizes she can not microwave her lunch, but I do have my fingers crossed. Infact, they (white people) are taking it too calmly, which does not make for a hilarious blog post. Maybe I should shout SNAKE or FIRE, just to put some life into the party. Okay, lets bind the spirit of mischief in my life. Hmmm Nigerians can bind anything.
Since I have some time on my hands, let me run a movie idea by you guys. Lets say some 419 guys, dupe a certain white man, but to their dismay the guy was like an ex CIA/Green beret/ Rambo, right. Lets also add another layer to make it more captivating, due to his financial loss, he lost his wife and kids, right. Then the guy comes to Nigeria to hunt for the fraudsters, kitted up like Rambo. Isn't this a good premise for a movie, at least its better than Soul Plane.
Yaaaaaaaay power has been restored, I have to go back to work.

@ the movie idea, i can add a few bits.. ok so rambo lands in Nija, first he is harrassed at customs for wearing combats unnecessarily; after hrs of waiting for the so called head of customs, he takes the other route out (Bribes his way through) then he heads off to get his luggage which is no where to be found since it was siezed for containing contrabanned items he walks in and out of offices but is unable to get his bags then it is off to Nicon or Eko Le Merridian for a relaxing night but enters a rickkety cab that charges him N10,000 for the cab ride. mr Rambo gets to the hotel and finds his wallet had been nicked, he offers his expensive rolex so as not to cause a scene....

Movie idea... I just want to say I am a film student and I have made about 5 films myself ( er.. student films that is.) won a couple awards.. so... just to let ya know... ;)
I wonder what it would be like if we all collaborated and wrote a true Nigerian story.

What say you that instead of the white man being scammed, he's a scambaiter and cons the scammer who then dons the Rambo persona and goes for revenge?
