3. Wrong deeds arise even in the most well run institutions, the important issue is how such wrong-doing is punished. Often, Nigerian office holders give 'juicy' contracts to their cronies/woman-friends, and there is never a backlash for such actions.
4. If a leader isn't watchful about that little stuff between the legs, all the good works can be mocked in a single day. Wasn't Mr Wolfowitz at the helm when our debts were canceled?

Whether Mr Wolfowitz survives or not, donors may be reluctant to show great generosity to such an unhappy institution. The president’s troubles give them an easy alibi for their own backsliding.

nothing new under the sun, look at him lol hands caught in the cookie jar, this man-woman connection thing na wa sha, makes u do some crazy "thangs". Lets not be quick to judge o, what would you really really do if you were in his shoes? you just never really know (my opinion o)
