A Warm Earth Day To You...
Have a warm Earth Day, its sunny and bright over here in New York and the concert in Brooklyn (which I am not attending, blame Kobe and Nash) should be kicking right about now.
I am a late comer to the Save the Earth Movement, a part of me lay the blame of the warming earth at the door-steps of the more well off residents of this planet. I tend to believe the World Huger Day, and the World No Infrastructure Day has a greater impact on the life of my brothers and sisters than the Earth Day. However to fulfill my obligation as a resident of this planet here goes my Earth Day Post.
Beginning of post...
Keep an eye on your energy footprint. Thank You.
End of Post...
I saw a Princeton professor on tv, and he claimed that ethanol as a more efficient energy source was a farce. Does anybody know anything about this?
Have a great work week.

Supporters sing ethanol's praises because it is sustainable energy. We can grow as much corn as we want and thus produce loads of ethanol. Look t Brazil, for instance. In that sense it is obviously better than oil or coal as energy sources, which are not renewable and spew co2 into the atmosphere.
Anyway, a happy earth day to you too!
I remain a skeptic. I think global warming is all a big myth. The earth will get warmer, even without the actions of we humans.
i've heard the whole thing about ethanol being a farce by numerous scientists.
I mean it has it merits but there is always comes back to cost effectiveness.
i'm not really big on the whole earth day story. I mean we have ppl. starving across the globe and the perpetrators of those crimes are the same tree huggers.
Solomonsdyelle, the guys argument was that if it came down to only the global warming perspective of the discourse, it takes relatively more environmental damage to produce ethanol. I do not know much about this though.
Boso my thoughts exactly but I have lost friends because of this issue and I would like to believe they know something I do not know.
Kafo true that, I have observed that the life of a dog in the US may be worth more than the life of some kids in Africa, given the present state of the worlds affairs.
