Housekeeping, Tidy Closet Edition...
The Title ought to read, Housekeeping, Tidy Wardrobe Edition. This post is brought to you as a result of a conversation that I had with a certain blogger yesterday, and the said blogger would not believe that I had changed my mind about this blog entry until I put a statement up. Here is the statement. In sticking to my diagonal writing framework, I made a list.
1. Yaradua is appropriately dressed for the G8 summit as shown in the picture.
2. His costume projects and image of strength and defiance.
3. I believe people should wear whatever they want to wear as long as they can effectively carry out their duties.
4. I do have reservation on how the garment may impede the work flow, so does the neck tie. There is definitely more than one way to approach development.
thanks to all that kept me in line.

I have only one issue with the second point, you can project an image of strength without having to be defiant.
In fact, defiance in that context attempts to negate the point completely.
Methinks, this is a grudging realignment of views with a subtle play on words.
You have almost, just almost changed your mind.
@Akin yes there is a bit of cynicism i the statement above. Thats how far I am willing to change.
