Africa: FDI Inflow Doubles...

Something for all my Pan-African brothers, data has some interesting underlying stories, China effect, Natural resources, TNC's. Can anyone point me in the way of any study that compares the channels of FDI inflow into Africa, that is TNC's vs small business.

Foreign direct investment (FDI) into Africa doubled between 2004 and 2006 to a
record US$36 billion spurred by the search for primary resources and increased
profits and by a generally improved business climate, an UNCTAD survey of
investment trends reports. UNCTAD via SAGoodNews.

If a single African country were to incorporate the best practices that are
already in place across the sub-Sahara region, it would rank eighth
