I think so too, apparently thinking otherwise isn't very rewarding psychologically. In Nigeria, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Prof. Chukwuma Soludo yesterday that Nigeria would need $510 billion over fifteen years to develop its railways and develop other infrastructure. I'd say make that a bajillion dollars if you want sir, we know Nigeria needs tones of money to get our infrastructure back together. Okay now lets get back to work and start with the first million dollars we recovered from these looting thugs.
