CONGRATULATION MYA
Iwas fooled for a second. I thought the presidential elections was going to be annulled. The election tribunal insists, "...the tribunal ruled that substantial non compliance with the 2006 Elctoral Act as alleged by the petitioners did not give enough grounds for the nullification of the entire results of the poll." Let us rally round MYA for now and get this reconstruction process going. Have a blessed work week.

It is well.
I concur....
Warreva. I was already over it before it began...
Omodudu,
The judges did not have the balls to annul the fraudulent election of Alhaji Umaru Yar'Adua.
Those who rigged the 2007 April elections for the ruling People's Democratic Party (PDP) governors and legislators also rigged the presidential election for Mallam Umaru Yar' Adua.
Until the PDP is sacked, Nigeria will continue to be plagued by public corruption and misadministration.
@Orikinla, I find your comment quite interesting. Assume for a minute that Yar'adua's election is annuled and he's removed from power, and another election is conducted. What if that election is also fraudulent (which is very likely)? Do you think the new president will continue to harbor the rule of law? Definitely not. Then corruption will once again know no limits. I think Yaradua should stay until the power of the Judiciary is fully established.
I have to agree with waffarian that i was over it before it began. Not proud of that but that's the faith i have in the judiciary.
But you're right, now there's no longer that cloud of "illegitimacy" over his inaction. He needs to act.
What the afrobeat said.
